We pride ourselves on transparent pricing. Our rental fee covers full use of the venue (both outdoor gardens and indoor hall), standard tables and chairs, basic linens, and even our in-house sound system and Wi-Fi. In other words, much of what you need is included. We don’t believe in hidden fees – any optional add-ons (like specialty décor or extra hours) are clearly listed upfront, so you know exactly what you’re paying for. This all-inclusive approach means fewer surprise costs and more value for you.
Securing your date is simple. We require a signed contract and a reservation deposit to officially book the venue. Once those are in place, your date is locked in exclusively for you. The deposit is applied toward your total fee, and we offer flexible payment schedules for the remaining balance to make planning easier. Our goal is to make the booking process straightforward and stress-free.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate a new date for you with minimal hassle. In the event of a cancellation, our policy outlines any applicable forfeitures or refunds upfront (typically the deposit is non-refundable). However, we’re proud to offer flexibility – for instance, if unforeseen circumstances arise, we often allow a one-time date change without penalty. Knowing our policies in advance is important for your peace of mind, and we’re always happy to discuss options to work with you. We’ve got you covered – literally! In case of bad weather, we have an elegant indoor space on standby so your event can smoothly transition inside. Our large pavilion can accommodate your ceremony and reception if needed, without sacrificing the celebratory atmosphere. On a sunny day, you’ll enjoy our beautiful outdoor areas with scenic backdrops, but if clouds roll in, you can move indoors at a moment’s notice. We even let you decide on the morning of the event whether to use the indoor hall or stay outside, and our team will handle the swift setup change. Either way, you and your guests will be comfortable and safe, rain or shine.
We offer you flexibility with vendors. You are welcome to bring in your preferred licensed caterer, DJ, photographer, coordinator, and other vendors. If you don’t have one in mind, we provide a curated list of trusted vendor partners who know our venue well and consistently deliver great service. Some venues require you to use their vendors, but we’re more flexible – our only requirement is that outside vendors carry the necessary licenses and insurance for everyone’s safety. When it comes to food and drinks, you can choose from our recommended caterers or bring your own; and yes, we are fully licensed for alcohol service (or we can coordinate with your bar service vendor). This way, you get the vendors you want while having the assurance of our support and guidance.
Yes, we offer plenty of convenient on-site parking for your guests, free of charge. Our expansive parking area can comfortably accommodate everyone, even for large events, so no one will need to hunt for a spot. We can also arrange space for buses or shuttles if you’re providing group transportation. Additionally, the venue is fully accessible – we have ADA-compliant pathways, ramps, and restrooms to ensure guests with mobility needs can navigate comfortably.
